Maltby Tank 6 Barge <br />Rezone 3-84 <br />Page -9- <br />Section 3 (A) 4 shall read as follows: <br />4. No direct access from the structures to be developed on <br />the southern portion of the proposed rezone shall be <br />allowed onto Lenora Street. Access onto Lenora Street <br />will be limited to the alley. <br />Section 4 (B) 6 shall read as follows: <br />6. All site drainage must be tightlined to the existing <br />open ditch drainage system. <br />Section 8 (E) shall read as follows: <br />E. Performance guarantees are required for street, alley, <br />utility and landscaping improvements. _ At least 10% <br />setoffs shall be required for such guarantees. <br />Entered this 22nd day of June, 1984, pursuant to the authority <br />granted under Ordinances 819-81, 823-81 and 952-83 of the City <br />of Everett Zoning Code. <br />James M. Driscoll <br />The decision on this Application has been made by the Hearing <br />Examiner based on the authority granted in Ordinance 692-80 as <br />amended. This decision will be forwarded to the Everett City <br />Council to be placed on the City Council agenda as a "consent" <br />item, unless the following procedure is followed: <br />1. An aggrieved party has filed a written request for <br />reconsideration to the Hearing Examiner within ten (10) <br />working days of the Hearing Examiner's decision. It is <br />the discretion of the Hearing Examiner to grant or deny <br />reconsideration. The final d.,te for reconsideration is <br />July 9, 1984. <br />2. Within ten (10) working days after the Hearing <br />Examiner's action on the reconsideration, the aggrieved <br />party files a written appeal with the City Clerk's <br />office. <br />
