b <br />NOW, <br />Conclusione: <br />The granting of a variance vould be contrary to the Comprehensive <br />Plan in that it would result in an increase in density in an area <br />vhich the Comprehensive Plaa doea not permit any further <br />concentration. It vould also not aid in the preservation and <br />protection of the single family neighborhoods. The gra¢ting of <br />the variance vould be in derogation of the Comprehensive Plan. <br />THEAEFORE, the Board of Adjustmant of the City of Everett does <br />hereby find that the variance request of the Applicant is denied for :ailute <br />to get the needed majority vote.
