Laws, P.E.(206)705-6783 <br />MECHANICAL: <br />Recommend that air volumes for roo�ns be rechecked and final air balance be done <br />to equalize temperatures througi�uut the building for comfort. The air quantities <br />shown on the plans apparendy disregarded the sizes of the rooms, amount of exterior <br />wall, and/or the number of windows. <br />The staffs review is pursuant to WAC 246-316 Boarding Homes Codified Rules, Regulations <br />and Standards adopted by the department as amended to date. <br />Local building officials ire responsible for review and approval of structural design and <br />conformance with state electrical standards chapter 296-46 WAC; state energy code chapter <br />51-ll WAC; indoor air quality chapter 51-13 WAC; and barrier-free accessibility chapter <br />51-20 WAC. <br />I am issuing approval to begin this phase of construction. I am still a��-aiting carpet <br />information, fire alarm system documents, and fire sprinkler documents. You may suUmit <br />these documents as separate phases. <br />o •'=;� ie <br />
