These comments address building issues only, additional <br />revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning <br />or Fire). All references refer to the 1991 Uniform Building Code, as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1994, 2nd Edition, unless <br />stated otherwise. <br />'I'he plans submitted are incomplete. All buildings and additions or alterations to buildings over 4,000 square feet of <br />`���r construction area require the plans and specifications to be preparetl by an <br />architect currently licensed to practice in the State of Washington, RCW 18.08. <br />✓3.
