A landscaping plan must be reviewed and approved by <br />the City Planning Departmen, prior to the issuance of any <br />permits. <br />3. At a minimum, an open corridor 20 feet wide must be provided <br />along the south property line with landscaping provided in that <br />area which maintains views of the Snohomish River. <br />2. The applicant must comply with all conditions listed in the <br />Determination of Non -Significance for the proposal (Exhibit 4). <br />3. The applicant must inform the Planning Department within one week of the <br />time the facility begins operation. The City will then measure noise <br />levels from the air conditioners on the facility. If the noise levels <br />are not in compliance with the City's Noise Ordinance, the Applicant <br />must retrofit the facility by providing sound reduction screening of the <br />air -conditioners which brings noise levels into compliance with the <br />City's Noise Ordinance. This retrofitting must be accomplished with 30 <br />day& of notice that the facility is not in compliance with the Noise <br />Ordinance. <br />INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER <br />1. The City recommends that the chain link fence not be provided until <br />the applicant determines that it is necessary to prevent vandalism. <br />Similar facilities in the City have postponed fencing the site and <br />determined that it in no: necessary.
