Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact <br />the surrounding properties. Any retaini.nq wall greater than <br />three feet high along a pro,erty line tnust be r�vi.ewed and <br />apprcved by the Planning Department. (SEPA Earth, Land and <br />Shoreline Use Policies) <br />2. Screening of all outdoor refu�e disposal a��eas must be provided <br />�� so that they are not visible from adjacent• progerties or public <br />I� �� rights-of-way. The disposal areas must be shown on the site <br />plan submitted for building pernits. (SEPA Aesthetics <br />Policies) <br />' w <br />��.�� 3. Springs are a frequent drainage problem in this area.
