i <br />2 That the premises described in Paragraph I above <br />3 are defective in that said buildings on said property have <br />4 become delapidated and unsanitary; said building has <br />5 inadequate facilities for egress from two bedrooms upstairs <br />6 in case of fire; said building is a sub -standard residence, <br />7 in poor condition, with the utility room floor rotted and <br />8 the back steps absent and back porch unsafe, and in all <br />9 combining a potential fire hazard; that the plumbing in <br />13 said building is old, obsolete, unvented and improperly <br />11 installed; that the septic and sewage disposal facilities <br />12 are unknown; the building requires replumbing to conform to <br />i3 Plumbing Code of City of Everett and to insure adequate <br />14 sewage disposal; said building has defective electric wiring <br />15 in that the additions to the original electric wiring have <br />16 been made in violation of the Electrical Code of the City of <br />17 Everett. <br />18 <br />19 CONCLUSIONS <br />20 That said building is a dangerous building within the <br />21 definition of Ordinance No. 3941 and should be demolished. <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />0 <br />32 <br />From the foregoing, the Board makes the following <br />ORDER <br />IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said building shall not <br />be occul-ied by any person or individual until said building <br />has been repaired and rendered safe for occupancy. <br />
