The <br />12 above entitled matter was regularly called and the respond- <br />13 ent did not appear. Lawrence F.rickso.n, City Building <br />14 Inspector appeared and it appearing from the testimony of <br />15 Lawrence Erickson that the above named respondent was duly <br />16 served with notice and complaint in the above entitled pro- <br />17 ceeding on the day of July, 1963, and tko Board having <br />16 heard testimony of the said Lawrence Erickson, no,v makes and <br />19 enters the following <br />20 FINDINGS OF .'ACT <br />21. 1 <br />22 That the above named Betty Lee Barker is the owner of <br />23 property commonly referred to as 5411 - 2nd Street, Lowell, <br />24 City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, <br />25 to -wit: <br />26 Lot E, Block 27, Plat of Lowell, is Snohomish County <br />27 II <br />28 That said described property was inspected by the <br />29 Inspector of the City of Everett who caused notice and <br />:10 comp :t on file herein to be served in the manner provided <br />31 by Ordinance No. 3941. <br />31 <br />
