Hamilton <br />Portland, Washington <br />Dear Mrs. Barker: <br />An investigation was made by this department at your p.toperty at <br />Lot 8, Block 27. Town of Lowell,, Everett, Washingtor., on May 5, 1964. <br />At this time was noted garbage Scattered on the floor of the house, <br />in violation of the enclosed City Ordinances. <br />Also, a possible attractivm nuisance for children exists, consisting <br />of an old refrigerator on the promises, Children gain entrance to <br />this house by going through a large window frame which has the glass <br />broken out. <br />The door of this refrigerator should be removed or welded shut to <br />prevent possible tragedy. gin, the house has been empty for a <br />period of time, the windows should be boarded up to prevent the <br />entrance of children. The garbage and filth in the house emits <br />an offensive odor and is an attraction for rats and should be <br />removed to the parbage durp. <br />This is to notify you that this situation must be rectified within <br />two (2) waeks.
