BEFORE THE EVERETT IMPROVEMENT BOARD <br />UNDER THE UNSAFE BUILDING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF EVERETT <br />CITY OF EVERETT, a municipal ) <br />corporation, ) <br />VS. ) No. <br />r <br />BETTY LEE BARKER. ) COMPLAINT <br />Comes now the City of Everett and alleges: <br />3 <br />That the above -named BETTY LEE BARKER is the owner of the real <br />property commonly referred to as 5411 Sccond Street, Lowell, in the <br />City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, more <br />particularly described as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot 8 in Block 27, Plat of Lowell, according to plat <br />thereof, records of said County Auditor. <br />II <br />That said property has been inspected by officers and inspectors <br />of the City of Everett, and that the building or structures located <br />thereon are found and declared to be a dangerous building within the <br />definition of Ordinance No. 3941 of said City. <br />III <br />That as a res,,lt of said inspection the City of Everett alleges <br />that said bui-ldi.ng has been partially demolished; windows are broken; <br />an old refrigerator and other utensils are inside the premises and <br />that the premises are strewn with medicine and garbage; that the house <br />is unoccupied and that the building is a substandard residence, con- <br />stituting a potential fire hazard.
