BEFORE THE EVERETT IMPROVEMENT BOARD <br />UNDER T14E UNSAFE PUILDING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF EVERETT <br />CITY OF EVERETT, a municipal <br />corporation, <br />140. 2 <br />VS. ) <br />FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS AND ORDER <br />BETTY LEE BARKER. ) OF DEMOLITION <br />THIS MATTER having come on for hearing before the Everett <br />Improvement Board on the 22nd day of June, 1964 at 9:00 o'clock <br />A.M., and the Improvement Board being called regularly to or,;er, <br />and proof of service of mailing of Notice and Complaint in the <br />manner provided by law appearing in the file and acknowledgement <br />from the Respondent BETTY LEE BARKER having been offered into <br />evidence, and the said BETTY LEE BARKER not appearing nor repre- <br />sented by counsel and the Board having heard testimony in support <br />,)F the Complaint of LAWRENCE ERICKSON, building inspector and <br />the said LAWRENCE ERICKSON appearing personally, the Board makes <br />and enters the following <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br />That BETTY LEE BARKER is the owner of the real property <br />referred to as 5411 Second Street, Lowell, in the said City of <br />Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, more partic- <br />ularly described as follows: <br />Lot 8 in Block 27, Plat of Lowell, according to plat <br />thereof, records of said County Auditor. <br />That said property was duly inspected by officers of the <br />City of Everett and as a result of said inspection the building <br />situated thereon is disclosed as being partially demolished, windows <br />broken, an old refrigerator and other utensils strewn inside the <br />premises together with an accumulation of medicine, garbage and <br />other debris; that said building is unoccupied, obsolete, contains <br />
