From the foregoing Findings of Fact the Board makes the following CONCLUSIONS I That the building described in paragraph I of the Findings of Fact constitutes a dangerous building and unsafe building within the definition of Ordinance No. 3941 of the City of Everett and said building should be ordered demolished.
