ERICKSQ(U i of the City of Everett THE CITY OF EVERETT ) NO 1 vs ) COMPLAINT Betty Lee Barker ) THE CITY OF EVERETT TO: Betty Lee Barker Comes now the City of Everett and alleges: (1) The above named respondent is owner of the property commonly referred to as 5411 - 2nd Street$ Lowell$ legally described as lo- cated in Snohomish County$ Washingtcn$ to -wits Lot B$ Block$ 27$ Plat of Lowell. (2) That said property has been inspected by the complainant City and that the buildings or structures located thereon are hereby found and declared to F:a "Dangerous Buildings" within the definition of Ordinance No. 3941 of said City. (3) That$ as a result of the said inspection$ the complainant alleges the following defects to presently exist in connection with the structures or buildings on the above -described property, to -wit: insanitary. (a) Said building on said property has oecome dilapidated and (b) Said building has inadequate facilities for egress, from the two bedrooms upstairs in case of fire. (c) Said building is a sub -standard residence$ in bad shape with utility room floor rotted out$ back steps gone and back porch unsafe; a potential fire hazard. (d) The plumbing in this building is old$ obsolete$ unvented and improperly installed; the septic and sewage disposal facilities are unknown; this building requires re -plumbing to code$ and assurance of adequate sewage disposal. (a) Said building has defective electric wiring in that additions to the original electric wiring have been made in violation of the Electrical Codes.
