ro File Q <br />FROM Marian Payne, Housing Inspector /X'r <br />onre .7uly 16, 1987 <br />sue�ecr 5602 S. 2nd; The Getchell House <br />CITY OFEVERETT EVERETT WASHINGTON <br />Mr. Grow, owner of the prcperty, called this date in response to a letter sent <br />to him on July 7, 1987, concerning the dangerous condition of the structure. <br />Mr. Grow indicated that he wanted to demolish the structure as soon as <br />possible and inquired about a new permit. <br />I discussed the matter of a permit with Larry Callahan, Building Official, and <br />he authorized a 30 day extension on permit nunber 17409.
