I have worker'. <br />,Ills problem for several years and never saw a permit issued <br />for <br />the work and always considered the apartment units as <br />I ' <br />illegal to occupy. <br />I don't feel that an inspection of the apartment unit should <br />be done in accordance with the Uniform Housing Code at this <br />' time since the building is still in violation of the Building <br />Code past and present. The owner of the property should take <br />out a permit to perform the required work and have it <br />inspected as is requested by the Building Code. <br />If you have any problems with this, let me know and we'll see <br />how this situation can be resolved. <br />
