October 29, 1971 <br />the Evergrc ;1 <br />CITY OF <br />everett <br />CITY HALL • : 0•0009 <br />EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br />9.201 <br />4228 3rd Street INLPECTION DEPARTMENT <br />Everett, Washington <br />The following requirements must be met to use the apartments for <br />rentals: <br />Apartments 4t1, 2, 3, & 4 - Grounded utility circuits must- be installed <br />in the kitchen with outlets placed not more than twelve feet apart <br />measured around the wall lines of the room. The wiring on the range <br />combination units must all be corrected to the approved type and <br />v:iring methods, An additional outlet is required in the front room. <br />An additional grounded outlet is needed in the bathroom and ground <br />all existing electrical equipment in each bathroom. <br />Apartment number 5 - A grounded utility circuit must be added and <br />all outlets now in the kitchen must be grounded and changed to grounded <br />receptacles. An additional outlet must be installed in the front <br />room also an additional outlet installed in the bathroom and all <br />electrical equipment grounded. <br />If washers and dryers are installed they must either be fed from a <br />house panel or existing panels changed to meet the load and wiring <br />requirements of the present code. <br />The service panel for apartment #5 must be made accessible to the <br />tenant. All non -code wiring and exposed wiring must be removed. All <br />missing fixtures, plates and defective devices must be replaced. <br />L. J.
