Two stories in height. 1st floor <br />was formally commercial use other than apartments. <br />To rehabilitate tie apartments the following would be required: <br />1. The first floor ceilings in all areas to be 1-hour fire <br />resistive sheetrock 5/8xx to separate that area from the apartments <br />above. <br />i <br />2. All apartments to have solid core. doors. <br />3. All entrance corridors to be sheetrocked including ceilings. <br />4. Garage area ceiling - 5/8xx sheetrock and overhang in front <br />of garage to be 5/8xx weather board. <br />5. All window sash to be repaired and made openable. <br />6. Stairs must be adequately supported including hand rails. <br />7. Roof - not inspected - could need re -roofing. (Hot Mop) <br />8. Shakes - cement asbestos to be replaced where broken. Building <br />should be repainted. Shakes would have to be cleaned of flaking paint <br />before. <br />9. Any and all doors including jambs and trim and locks to either <br />be replaced or made operable. <br />10. All bathrooms required ventilation, window or fan exhausted to <br />exterior. <br />11. Recommend that all tile ceilings in apartments be changed to <br />VI sheetrock <br />R 2 zone - First floor area to be used for garages and /or storage only. <br />Additional four parking spaces. Certificate of occupancy required - <br />all permits and inspections including final as per code. <br />a <br />
