A memo was sent to the water department. <br />Copy attached. <br />The conditions remained unchanged until our department received <br />a complaint from the Police Department dated j-1£i-69. Cnpy <br />attached. <br />3-10-69 An Inspection was made and posted "No Occupanc;�". <br />3-12-69 Mr. Dorcy, Mr. Plttman, and Mr. Woltring delive-ed in <br />peraoa a letter of notificatlon that the 5u1131ng had be��n <br />posted "No Occupancy". 'lrin13a3 Venegas <br />were buying under contract from Mr. Unsworth. There was also a <br />second mortgage for remodeling of kltchen and bath areas. Cont- <br />ract holder unknovm. <br />4-'1-69 Mr. Venegas acquired a per.mit to demolish the residence. <br />Nfter a perlod of two months we noted nothing oras being accanpl- <br />ished. <br />�� <br />�-25-69 Frank Woltring contacted Mr. Venegas brother and was <br />told that his brother had moved to ,snother section of the country. <br />The insurance money was uaid toward the contract to Mr. UnstaorC'�� <br />But was insufficient to pay off the loan and Y,hat th� a+cond <br />i�;ortga?e was also a lein aeainst the oroperty. <br />
