What arran<e- <br />ments, if any, on the second mortgage is unknown. <br />9-2-69 Phe department recei-�ed a call that Idr. Unsworth vra; <br />repairing the bullding. An Snspectlon was made b;� Frank <br />Woltring. Mr. Unsworth was there. He had cleaned out the debris <br />and was painting. He taas told the building was considered to be <br />in such a condltion as to prohiblt repair and wa.s notified not <br />to do so. He inslsted on paintin3. 3o far as the department icas <br />concerened we could not stop him from doin3 so. He taas told that <br />he was wasting his tlme and money and th�t we were going to stand <br />firm Sn our interpretation of the conditi.ons and caanted the butld- <br />ins demollshed. <br />9-4-69 The buildlnq had another fire and still further extenst��� <br />dsma3e ro the bulldini was done. The Uulldlnq was posted "Unsat,e <br />�c Do Not �nter". <br />9-i-69 A letter waa dellvered to l�lr. Unsworth by Frank Woltrine, <br />witnessed by Ed Dorcy and Dean Yittman, notifinq Mr. Unsworth of <br />the posting.
