I tltink onc piece of property is located at 4702 - 3rd Strcet. 'I'lieir concern is for tl�e safety of children in the area and for tl�e unsightl�� cc,n�iti�m of this property which A4r. Unsworth fails to improve. It scems that Mr. Uns�vortlt allo�vs derelicts to occup5- these properties, but it i5 done in such a inamier that ii: is terriUly difficult to linlc hiin up as a landlord. One gentleman at the mceting made a suggestion that the City obtain a personal in,junctiov against hi�n from utilizing his propcity for tlus purpose. Plcase e�:plore what. possiUle remedies we have against Mr, linsworth and his various pieces of propert,y. We should consider dauger�us huildings abatement and in,junctiun as thc genClemau suggested, or possible eriminal action.
