The electrical service and entir 1 t' 1 <br />e c ec rica s;stem <br />appears to be inadequate and suUstandard. A separate <br />service, of adequate size, must be furnished for each <br />apartment, and be accessible by each tenant. <br />Two utility circuits are required in the kitchen and <br />comply with Section 210-22 of the Blectrical Code. <br />Convenience outlets must be provided in bedrooms as <br />set forth in Section 210-22 of the Electr.ical Code. <br />Ileaters in the liaing-dining room must be controlled <br />by one thermostat. A].1 heaters in a sin9le heat zone <br />must be sir,ii.larly controlled. <br />All missing iixtures, outlets, and switchs shall be <br />replaced. <br />Plvmbi_ng <br />2a. Thc plumbing system appears to be inadequate, sub- <br />standard, and unsan.it:ary.'
