He plans on building two ''�plexes on the property. <br />2. There is some concern about the increased traffic <br />that the additional buildings will create. He <br />feels that Beverly Blvd is wide enough to adequately <br />handle any additional traffic. <br />3. Also, his buildings will be 150 feet North of the <br />intersection and, within that area, traffic should <br />have enough room to adjust. <br />There was no opposition from the audience. <br />After visually viewing the subject property and considering all <br />the �acts it was moved hy Mr. Zook, seconded by Mr. Eioagland <br />and unanimously carried to grant the variance as it meets all <br />the requirements of Section 19.70.060 of the Everett Municipal <br />Code, Paragraphs 1, 2, 3, and 4. <br />A hearing was held on the applicat�ion of James R. Hines, 1211 <br />Walnut Street, Everett, Washington, for a variance from <br />Section 19.16.030 of the Everett Diunicipal Code, a duplex on <br />a lot having 7,200 square feet rather than the code require- <br />ment of 7,500 square feet. <br />Lecial Description: Block 17 Lot 5 Town of Lowell <br />Address: 5218 South 3rd Avenue - Lowell <br />'Loning: R-2 Single Family High Density Residence <br />Mr. Hines represented himself and made the following statements: <br />1. The existing building has had no problems with <br />drainage. <br />� <br />� 2.
