Bismore
5603 S Third Avenue
We included the permit history on the subject property because we thought you may be interestecl.
The ezisting code would permit the construction of two (2) duplexes where the three (3) homes aze
presently being constructed. We point this out because your letter made reference to only a one (1)
duplex potential.
We have directed the ficld inspector to review site erosion potential and direct the developer
accordingly.
Your letter also discussed the potential of additional homes being ultimately constructed within the
area. The property owner has submitted a short plat application for the property east of the newly
constructed homes. 'fhe short plat process will provide for a public comment period during wfiicti
you may wish to comment. The Planning Department will send you appropriate nodce once the
application is complete and ready for comment.
Should you feel that this response dces not adequately address your questions, we would recommend
that you contact us in order that we could sc:hedule a meeting to review the issues.
Sincerely,

 -
'ra ord
Engincering/Public ServicAs Director
LC:fdy4dhiM)
cc: Paul Roberts
