Additional revisions or additions may be required <br />by other departments (such as Utilities. Planning or Fire). All references rcicr to the (2006 <br />International Building Code.) (2006 International Residential Code.) as amended by the State of <br />Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2006 Pdition, and adopted by the City of <br />ISVCfett. Unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the proccssing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide <br />the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections <br />requested. <br />I . The elevation drawings do not match the section drawing. Revise elevations to be <br />consistent with the section provided. <br />2. Provide a graphic representation of the height calculations on an elevation view. <br />3. The section drawing does not include the Iloor sheathing or rool'sheathing. Include <br />all components that will increase the height of the building. <br />4. Below grade walls in conditioned spaces arc required to be insulated to thin 12--21 <br />on the interior. The walls along the stairs are required to be furred -out to accept an <br />R-21 insulation. Show the 8" concrete wall. the 5 %z" framed wall and the <br />minimuni 37" wide stairs on the floor plans. <br />5. Provide bollard in garage to protect appliances located in the normal path of a <br />vehicle. <br />6. Provide (2) G x 12- screened openings for combustion air located (1) high. (I ) low <br />near the iiaer heater. <br />7.
