April 20, 2009 <br />Page Two <br />Amended Soils Study —'file Reasonable Usc/fDR approval for this project required <br />that the soils study be amended to address foundation design, grading and drainage <br />measures. The building site is within 15' of geologically hazardous slope; the soils <br />study had not been amended since 1999 and does not specifically address the building <br />plans. <br />Covenant Required by Reasonable Use Decision Condition #6 — Provide a <br />covenant on the standard form. <br />Once the above information has been submitted, reviewed and approved, the Planning <br />Department will sign off its portion of the building permit application.
