<br />developer may convey and execute in the favor af the City of Everett an
<br />irrewcable pcsorer of attoniey for the sole purpose of casCing a vote, aigning
<br />a petition or otherwise assenting to the formation of a T.ocal Improvement
<br />District.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of issuance of a building pezmit,
<br />pursuant to Ordinance No. 555-78 and in lieu of certain required :1ts+et and/or

<br />reEerred to as "Developer"), and pursuant to Ordinance No. 555-78, has made,
<br />constituted and appointed and by these presents does make, constitute and
<br />appoint the City as true and lawful attorney for it and in its name, place
<br />and stead, and as an irrewcable proxy to cast: a vote for appmval, by
<br />petition or otherwise, of any Local Impmvement District hereafter formed by
<br />the City, its successor or other property owners in a benefit area encompassing

<br />for. ultimnte street and related improvements pursuant to Ordinance No. 555-78,

<br />interest in the following described land, to wit:
