The general locatio� of the site is illustrate� on the Vicinity Map, Plate 1 , eased on a site � plan furnished to us , and conversations with Kelvin earton, we ar+tici ,�ate that the building wi11 consist of a single-family � residence with a basement. The residence is to have I dimensions on the order 40 feet by 60 feet and is to be located at the southern end of the loc. I Development of Che property is in the planning stage, therefore only conceptual plans were available to us . The f' �"� site plan given to us included the footprint of the proposed � C�" structure and provided some topographic information. , � ' I 1 ( SITE CONDITIONS � � I ' SURFAGE 'w The site is located immediately north of the intersection of � �,�{ Home Place and East View Ridge Drive, just west of Forest Park in Everett. The property is currently un�ieveloped and is covered with evergreen and deciduous trees. The southern end �f the property, in the area of the proposed residence, is relatively level to moderately sloping. This area is at the �� top of a ravine that slopes down toward the north . 7he slopes in the ravine appeai to havi inclinations of less than about 35 percent . The surrourd: ng area is developed with single- �� family re� ,ces. �� We did no ;e,-ve indications of recent large-scale movement IoP the s�opes.
