Mr. Hoagland stated the Board had viewed the area and was aware of <br /> that Mrs. Howe showad the Board elevations of the proposed structures saying <br /> she felt it would fit in very well in the neighborhood. <br /> No one else spoke for or against the pro,�ect. <br /> Mot'_on: Marie Sullivan moved to adopt the Staff Aeport and grant the <br /> variance. t4r. Miller seconded the motion. <br /> Vote: The vote was unanimous to grant the variance. Mr. Hoagland said he <br /> felt it would add to the neighborhood <br /> Item 2: Applicant; Dick Maultsby <br /> 23607 Hwy. 99 <br /> Edmonds, WA 98020 <br /> Pro,ject Location: Northwest corner of 35th and Wetmore <br /> Variance Aequested: From E.M.C. 19.42.040(A) Corner Lots, to build a <br /> four-plex that would have a five foot setback on the <br /> side ad,jacent to 35th Street instead of the 10 feet <br /> required by code. <br /> Don Wood summarized the Staff Report (see Variance File No. 5=86) and showed a <br /> view foil of the site plan. <br />
