Mr. Wood <br /> responded that they would use it for expansion or new development on the lot <br /> to the rear. Their actual need as shown by the traffic study was 43 spaces, <br /> the same as a sitdown resLaurant. <br /> Brent Baldwin, 1007 Everett Mall Way responding to question's from the Board, <br /> stated the bank machine in the parking lot was on a four year lease and did <br /> not require more than four parking spaces. They are requesting the variance <br /> to come into compliance with City Code and to help develop the ad�acent <br /> property. Thirty percent of their business is drive through and �0 percent <br /> sit down. <br /> No one else spoke for or against the variance. <br /> Motion: Mr. Miller moved to grant the variance as recommended.
