That the granting of such variance will not adversely affect thei <br /> Comprehensive General Plan. i <br /> Finding: The comprel:ensive plan designation for the area is single I� <br /> family. <br /> Conclusion: The use is in conformance with the comprehensive plan and . <br /> so would not aversely affect it. <br /> NOW� THERGFORE� the Board uf Rd�ustment oF the City of Everett does ; <br /> hereby order that the variance of .60 gross floor area ratio from .30 gross , <br /> floor area ratio be GRANTED and further require the applicant to meet the ' <br /> following conditions.
