0 ' � ' � p � 7/15/2009 <br /> Complaint Number: W0907-008 <br /> Address: 6525 TYEE RD <br /> Owner name ZHANG WEI & LIU MEIJUAN <br /> Contact: <br /> Description: CARPORT WITHOUT PERMITS <br /> Notes: At the request of Code Enforcement <br /> (Case #09-0635) investigated the site for having a carport structure without <br /> permits <br /> Findings: This carport strudure lacks the lOft side yard setback clearance as <br /> required (corner lot) Inspector sent the following email back to Tamra <br /> Gregory in Code Enforcement: <br /> "Hi Tamra, <br /> I was able to take a look at the carport structure that you were concerned <br /> about at 6525 Tyee Rd and determined that it lacks the required side yard <br /> setback on Beecl� Street. <br /> Because this house is located on a corner lot this structure would be required <br /> to have a 10 ft set back from the north property line. <br /> Since this structure would not be allowed to be constructed at its current <br /> location the issue as to whether permits are required is moot. <br /> The planning department would not allow this structure to be located as such <br /> and a building permit could not be issued. <br /> Enforcement action should be pursued in tandem with the planning <br /> department. <br /> I have included Teresa Firnstahl in my findings for further assistance. <br /> Ted" <br />
