Ted Budden <br /> To: Tamra Gregory <br /> Cc: Jessie Patterson; Teresa Firnstahl <br /> Subject: 6525 Tyee Rd <br /> Hi Tamra, <br /> I was able to take a look at the carport structure that you were concerned about at 6525 Tyee Rd and determined that it <br /> lacks the required sideyard setback on Beech street. <br /> Because this house is located on a corner lot this structure would be required to have a SO ft set back from the north <br /> property line. <br /> Since tfiis structure would not be allowed to be constructed at its current location the issue as to whether permits are <br /> required is moot. <br /> The planning department would not altow this structure to be located as such and a building permit could not be issued. <br /> Enforcement action should be pursued in tandem with the planning department. <br /> I have inciuded Teresa Firnstahl in my findings for further assistance. <br /> Ted <br /> � <br />
