Finding: The applicant owns a parcel of property which is <br /> located at 3620 Upland Ave. The applicant's property consiats of <br /> a 148 foot by 358 foot lot with a single family residence. Conclusion: The applicant's proper[y does contain enough land <br /> area for three lots (1.29 acre). <br /> 2. The avthorization of the variance will not be detrimental to the public <br /> welfare or injurious to the property in the same vicinity or zone. <br /> a. Finding: The proposed lots are 12,500 syuare feet, 14,752 square I <br /> feet and 28,951 square feet. <br /> b.
