Signs must be posted un[he <br /> site limiting car washing to the desi�nated area only. The tenant lease or rental a¢reemen[ <br /> must contain a clause prohibiting car washing on the site outside of the specially designated <br /> area. A covenant must be recorded and signed by the owner stating that such a clause «ill <br /> be written into tha renant leases and/or rental a¢reements. [n additian. a nore stating �ha[ <br /> cac washing is only permissible in the designated area must be included on the storm <br /> drainage plans. <br /> As an altemative to the specially designated car washing area. hose bibs can be elimina[ed <br /> from the site or tenant access to them prevenred. A covenant <br /> must be recorded and signed by the owner stating th�at such a clause will be�+uritten into �he <br /> tenant leases and�or rental agreements. In addition, a note stating that car�vashing is <br /> prohibited on the site must be added on the storm drainage plans. <br /> 'I'he tenant lease or rental agreement for the project must contain a clause prohibitine <br /> vehicle maintenance on the site. A covenant cnust be recorded and siened by the o«ner <br /> statiig that such a clause will be written into the tenant leases and/or rental aereements. <br /> 15. All storm drains in the complex must be �tenciled �vith substantiallv the followine <br /> language: "DU�iP NO WASTE. DR.�INS TO STREA�t." This reminder is typicall� <br /> spray painted on to the ground adjaceat co the catch basin with the use of a stenciL The <br /> treatment needs to be repeated, approximately annually, wh:n the paint «•ears off.
