Bruce, P.E. dated April 16, 1994. <br /> • Site photogrephs (attached) <br /> This engineer inspected the placement of the "needle-piles" per design criteria. All <br /> piles w�ere driven t9Tefusal depths (average 15 fL) as anticipated. <br /> The existing residence footing was revealed and veri(ied ro be in good condition. <br /> Reinforcing steel was placed in and on top of the driven piles located adjacent the <br /> existing (ooling.
