o 4.77 <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 17 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> AND <br /> HDR ENGINEERING, INC. <br /> The City and HDR Engineering, Inc. agree to amend and modify their professional services <br /> agreement dated June 14, 1999, (the"Agreement") as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, HDR Engineering, Inc. and the City entered into an Agreement dated June 14, 1999 <br /> to provide engineering services for the 41St Street Overcrossing Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on March 23, 2000, to modify the Scope of <br /> Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total <br /> compensation; and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on December 6, 2000, to modify the Scope of <br /> Services, extend the time for completion of those services,and to increase the total <br /> compensation; and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on December 27, 2000 to modify the Scope of <br /> Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total <br /> compensation; and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on August 31, 2001 to modify the Scope of <br /> Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total <br /> compensation; and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on September 11, 2001 to modify the Scope of <br /> Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total <br /> compensation; and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on July 17, 2002 to modify the Scope of <br /> Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total <br /> compensation; and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on December 11, 2002 to modify the Scope of <br /> Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total <br /> compensation; and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on February 20, 2003 to extend the time for <br /> completion of those services; and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on September 26, 2003 to modify the Scope of <br /> 3 cc Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total <br /> compensation; and <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
