WHEREAS,the parties amended the Agreement on December 23,2003 to modify the Scope of <br /> Services,and to increase the total compensation;and <br /> WHEREAS,the parties amended the Agreement on April 15,2004 to modify the Scope of <br /> Services, and to increase the total compensation; and <br /> WHEREAS,the parties amended the Agreement on August 25,2004 to modify the Scope of <br /> Services,extend the time for completion of those services,and to increase the total <br /> compensation;and <br /> WHEREAS,the parties amended the Agreement on December 27,2004 to modify the Scope of <br /> Services,and to increase the total compensation;and <br /> WHEREAS,the parties amended the Agreement on March 6,2006 to extend the time for <br /> completion of the Scope of Services;and <br /> WHEREAS,the parties amended the Agreement on June 22,2006 to extend the time for <br /> completion of the Scope of Services;and <br /> WHEREAS,the parties amended the Agreement on November 1,2006 to extend the time for <br /> completion of the Scope of Services;and <br /> NOW THEREFORE,the City of Everett and.HDR Engineering,Inc. agree to amend and modify <br /> the previously amended Agreement as follows: <br /> 1. Completion Date is amended to read June 29, 2007. <br /> 2.
