The house as drawn appears to not meet the prescriptive requirements ro resist <br /> wind and seismic forces as specified in section 2326.11.3 and table 23-1-w. <br /> Provide lateral analysis prepazed by a licensed Washington State sWctural <br /> engineer. Show size location and embedment length of hold down anchors on <br /> secured in place prior to foundation inspection. <br /> 2. Provide smoke detectors in all sleeping rooms and in the corridor or area giving <br /> access to each separate sleeping azea. A detector shall be installed on each story <br /> and in the basement. <br /> 3. Provide sectien and details of stairway showing: <br /> a. Maximum rise and minimum run varying not more than 3/8" <br /> b. Minimum width of 36" <br /> c. Minimum headroom of 6'-8" <br /> d. Framing (stringer size, bracing, connection:, fuoting) <br /> e. Handrail height above tread nosing <br /> f. Size of handgrip portion of handrail <br /> g.
