Follow-up telephone calls <br /> will be used to obtain clarification regarding information gathered or model <br /> approach. <br /> 4. Develop a technical memorandum describing the results of the Subtask 2 analysis. <br /> The technical memorandum will contain a description of the approach, <br /> assumptions, and results of the analysis. In addition the technical memorandum <br /> will include a description of the QA/QC evaluation. The primary water balance <br /> analysis output will be monthly production flows, average daily flows, and <br /> maximum day production flows for both potable and non-potable (industrial) water. <br /> 5. Contingency analysis for any additional work requests beyond those scoped in <br /> Subtasks 1 through 4. After reviewing results of the analysis the City of Everett <br /> technical staff may identify adjustments and/or modifications to the approved <br /> methodology to decrease the range of error of the results or correct for continued <br /> unexplained inconsistencies. Budget hours under Subtasks 1 through 4 account <br /> for a minor adjustments of the analysis; however depending on the type and <br /> quantity of modifications requested additional hours may be needed to incorporate <br /> these changes. For example, a moderate change in the structure of the analysis <br /> may require two to three days to incorporate the change in the model, generate <br /> new results, perform QA/QC, and update the technical memorandum. All work <br /> activities performed under this task requires prior approval from the City of Everett. <br /> 1.3 City Responsibilities <br /> 1. Meet with HDR staff to review data and approach. <br /> 2. Provide 10 years of potable and non-potable production data for all relevant <br /> meters. <br /> 3. Provide schematics of production system(s) that includes all relevant meters to be <br /> included in analysis. <br /> 4. Provide information on the changes in the system that impact understanding and <br /> analysis of data; such as the timing of meter installation, discrepancies in meters, <br /> or deliveries of potable water to industrial (non-potable pipeline). <br /> 5. Review and approve approach. <br /> 6. Review and comment on technical memorandum. <br /> 1.4 Assumptions <br /> 1. Potable and non-potable production data will be provided on a daily basis as <br /> totalizers for all relevant meters. <br /> 2. Data will be provided as either an Access database or Excel spreadsheet. <br /> 1.5 Deliverables <br /> 1. E-mailed Word document file of draft and final technical memorandum with <br /> description of methodology, assumptions and results including summary tables <br /> and graphs of the potable and non-potable estimated historical production. <br /> 2.
