The City reserved the right to supplement the original <br /> agreement to authorize the Consultant to provide engineering support services during construction. This <br /> Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with URS amends the original scope <br /> of work by adding Exhibit A-2 (Scope of Work) and Exhibit B-2,which includes compensation for the <br /> additional engineering support services during construction as requested by the city. <br /> Council had previously approved$51,300 for design services, $2,000 for bid advertisement expenses and <br /> $384,606.90 for construction. This Supplemental Agreement No. 2 will increase the total compensation, <br /> including all services and expenses,by a total of$40,000.
