Findings: The house and garage were built in 1930 located <br />very close to the alley. 'There is no access available from <br />Virginia Avenue to the property. <br />b. Conclusionsr The need for the requested variance is not the <br />result of a self-created hardship. <br />FIND ING_AND CONCLUSIONS: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Everett does <br />hereby order that the variance as requested by the applicant be <br />GRANTED to allow for a 2 foot setback from the south side property <br />line to reconstruct the existing garage along with an 8 foot <br />addition to the east. <br />The action of the Board of Adjustment in GRANTING a variance shall <br />be final and conclusive, unless within thirty (30) days from the <br />date of issuance and signing of this order by the Chairman of the <br />Board, an aggrieved person or persons obtains a writ of certiorari <br />from the Superior rnurt of Washington for Snohomish County for the <br />purpose of review of the action taken. <br />DATED this 6th day of August, 1991- <br />zirm'in, Bo� of djustment <br />Notes to Applicant: <br />1.
