Findings: The majority of the houses in this area have <br />garages which do not meet required setbac);s. The size of the <br />garages in the area vary. The size of the garage as proposed <br />is necessary to provide adequate space for maneuvering around <br />a car that is parked in the garage and still allow for an area <br />for storage of gardening tools and other garage accessories. <br />b, rnnr_1„cinnc_ The variance will grant the subject property the <br />same rights enjoyed by other properties in the same zone as <br />the subject property. <br />Criterion No. 4- <br />That the variance is the minimum necessary to allow the subject <br />property the general rights described in Criterion 3. <br />R.
