These comments address building issues only, additional revisions or additions <br />may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All <br />references refer to the 1994 Uniform Building Code, as amended by the State of <br />Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1995 Edition, unless stated <br />otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with details and/or drawings reflecting the corrections <br />requested (additional sheets may be added to the plan sets already submitted). <br />I. Provide header sizes for all openings in bearing walls, interior and exterior. <br />2 x 10 h.f, joists will not span 20'-0". Provide new joists size, species, grade, <br />and spacing. <br />3. Provide original print-out of Wattsun calculations using most current version of <br />Wattsun (version 5.5). <br />1. Provide stair detail showing: <br />a. Max. rise, min. run <br />b. Minimum width <br />c. Minimum headroom <br />d. Framing <br />e. One -hour fire -resistive construction <br />f. Handrail size and placement <br />g.
