Chimney bricks loose and missing. <br />2. Front porch steps broken and missing (brick). <br />3. Rear and front porch deck deteriorated. <br />4. Plaster broken and loose on interior ceilings & walls. <br />5. Roof deteriorated and leaking. <br />6. Inadequate electrical facilities. <br />7. No handrails on front. <br />8.
