WASHINGTON <br />10201 <br />INSPECTION DEPARTMENT <br />County records indicate you are the owner of the following legally described <br />property: <br />Lot 21 northerly i lot 22f Block 354f Plat o£ Everett Division foul, <br />Commonly known as: 1720 Virginia <br />An inspection of the stucture located at the above address reveals several <br />deficiencies which may be deemed detrimental to the occupants or the public, <br />as defined in the Uniform Building Code Volume III Housing. (Everett City <br />Housing Code, Ordinance #129-71). These conditions may be considered suffi- <br />cient to declare the building to be sub -standard and/or s. dangerous building. <br />Some of the deficiencies noted are listed on page two of this letter. <br />Your immediate attention is necessary to remedy these conditions.
