� :�� �� �� <br />That the granting of such variance vill not adversely affect the <br />Co�prehensive General Plan. <br />FINDINGS: Policies in the Comprehensive General Plan <br />state that existing legal nonconforming non- <br />residential structures and uses that are <br />economically viable should be allowed to con- <br />tir�ue to operate, be improved and renovated. <br />CONCLUSION: The granting of this variance will not ad- <br />versely affect the Comprehensive General Plan. <br />RB(,`O!0[ffiIDATION : <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Everett <br />doe. hereby order that the variance be GIUNTED as reguested with <br />the ;ollowing conditions: <br />1. The site must be developed in a manner consistent with the <br />site plan presented at the public hearing with two addi- <br />tional parking spaces to be constructed on the site by June <br />1, 1989. <br />2. A change to any other use than the Children's Attic, a re- <br />tail store for second hand children's clothing will require <br />review by the Planning Department to determine if an Expan- <br />sion or Continuation of Nonconforming Ose Permit is <br />required. <br />The action of the Board of Adjustment in GFUNTING a variance <br />shall be final and conclusive, unless within fifteen (15) days <br />from the date of issuance and s:gning of this order by the <br />Chairman of the Board, an agqrieved person or persons obtains a <br />writ of certiorari from the Superior Court of Washington for <br />Snonomish County for the purpose of review of the action taken. <br />DATED this i0th day of March, 1989. <br />; �,� <br />� �1kcG--- <br />Everett Miller�, Chairman <br />Notes to Applicant: <br />1.
