Conclusion: Granting this variance would give the <br />applicant a property right enjoyed by others in the <br />vicinity and zone. <br />CiltPrinn NO. 3:_ <br />That the <br />detrimental <br />vicinity or <br />authorization of such variance will not be materially <br />to the public welfare or injurio�s to property in the <br />zone in which the property is located. <br />a. F�nd�na: If this variance is granted, the subject <br />property would still have yard areas similar to others in <br />this vicinity and zone. This is not a view area so there <br />is no potential for view blockage. <br />b.
