The complaint was con- <br />cerning old mattresses and garbage in the back yard. <br />An inspection of the area revealed a garbage can with its lid off and <br />trash scattered around it. There was a maCtress and other debris in <br />the area. <br />During the inspection I noticed the recent repairs to the hack porch <br />of the house. The manner in which the porch and steps are supported <br />is unstable and can be quite hazardous due to biocks stacked up to <br />support the rendenr.
