There �,�as a mattress and other debris in the area. <br />During the inspection 1 noticr.d the recent repairs to the back porch of the house. <br />The manner in which the porch and steps are supported is unstable and can be quite <br />hazardous duA to blocks stacked up to supnort the porch. The porch, not being <br />tied into a standard foundation, will have a tendency to shift laterally through <br />continued use. <br />To insure the health, safety and welfare of the occupants of the structure, the <br />back porch requires immediate repairs to its foundation.
