Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2009 International Building Code,) (20D9 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />StaYe of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />Tl�e bathroom accessed from the dining room on the first Floor does not meet the <br />niinimum fixture clearances as shown in Figure R307.1 International Residential Codc <br />(IRC) 2009 edition. <br />�. l"he application for the building permit shows 3 bathtubs; the plan only shows 2. <br />3. Provide 110 volt smoke alarms with battery back-up, interconnected per R314 IRC, <br />Show requirements on plans. <br />5. The plans do not define the limits of each dwelling unit, specifically the entry and the <br />separation of the upper dwelling. <br />A one-hour fire-msistive assembly is required beriveen dwelling un�ks and behn,�een <br />common areas and each dwelling unit.
